2026 Here we go!
After a busy holiday season, here we are at the beginning of something exciting and beautiful—2026. A quarter of a century is behind us, and wow… how far we’ve come.
Uncertainty continues to shake a lot of tables. Headlines tell dramatic stories: commercial real estate in downtown San Francisco selling at historic lows—like 180 Sutter Street, recently sold for $5M after once trading at $75M. New development is underway at 10 South Van Ness, adding 1,000 new homes. Proposals to reopen the Great Highway spark passionate debate. Change is constant, and our community continues to move back and forth with it.
In the midst of it all, I choose to stay grounded, optimistic, and focused—deeply committed to my clients’ needs and to finding solutions that respect both the environment and my clients’ best interests.
Recently, being closely involved in one of my clients’ home renovation reminded me just how important it is to choose a home wisely. They have what truly matters: a location that fits their lifestyle, strong bones with solid structural integrity, and a floor plan that allows for creativity and future flexibility. With the help of an architect, they’re remodeling their bathrooms—starting 2026 with a fresh look, greater comfort, and thoughtful design.
San Francisco is getting busier by the day. With the Super Bowl approaching and beautiful sunny days on the horizon, the city feels alive, evolving, and full of possibility.
Here’s to thoughtful choices, smart investments, and homes that grow with us.
